It all started with a wonderfully attentive, patient and friendly salesman - Daniel. We are both disabled and very slow-moving but we WERE NOT, nor felt, rushed at all. It didn't take long to find the perfect pick-up and get approved to purchase our new ride. Once this was done we were met by a very polite, friendly and helpful finance manager, David Eck. David was extremely helpful and patient and answered all of our questions that we could think of. Our visit with David was very pleasant.

The work was fine. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday morning and by Thursday afternoon they had not looked at it yet. The repair took four days to replace a wheel bearing. This would normally take a few hours to complete.
Big shout out to Matt Dunn at Peltier Chevrolet. We bought a used 2023 Toyota RAV4 from him. We live two hours away and he was a huge help. He was quick to answer all our questions and when we agreed on the price, there was no pressure, no hidden fees, or gimmicks. As I was pulling my camper through Tyler My truck went into limp mode so I pulled into the service center for help. They let me park my camper in their parking lot and got me in fast. I then met Franklin and because of his hard work and good deal I decided to make a trade. The whole team made this a very quick and easy trade!

Bought a used van at this dealership. Also purchased the extended warranty. Took the Honda Van in for faulty passenger door. Instead of paying the $100 to fix here, was told they would NOT do the work, so I had to take it to a Honda dealership and pay $250 for the work according to my warranty. I have to drive 75 minutes to bring it to this location. Definitely won't be getting any more work done on my vehicle here, even if I have to pay more to take it somewhere else. Just recently bought a used car from them; all were very accomodating and friendly. So, we completely trusted them. We were excited to finally get it done and drive the car and let our guard down. Service department is poor. Three trips (one initial appointment and two two times back) and my air conditioning still doesnt work right (if Peltier is reading this, my temperature control does NOTHING. May as well not even be there.) I tell everyone I know--and lots of people I dont know--out in town while eating out, standing in lines, etc-- about this dealer's service department.
Courteous and friendly service and I was in and out in a timely manner. I have always had a great experience with Peltier.

Do not trust your vehicle with peltier dealerships . They will not honor there word and leave you with a large repair bill. While still under warranty took my vehicle to them several times for a check engine light that kept coming on. They could not figure out what the problem was. We brought our truck in for service thinking it was fuel filters. This dealership advised us they needed to take a deeper dive into the fuel system. The truck was warranted by the auction we bought it at, so we informed the dealership that we needed to get approval from the auction before they started any additional work. I took my car in for a diagnostic check few months back. I was told by advisor Marlena that I would need EITHER a starter or a flywheel for a ticking noise . I told her I just wanted to fix the issue and she stated the tech would proceed by replacing the starter to see if this fixed the issue because it was cheaper in price . We were met by Jarvis and shown to his office where he listened to our needs and pulled up a car for us to test drive. It was a nice car just not right for us. He kept our information and called us several times letting us know when cars came in that we might like. Overall a totally relaxing and enjoyable experience each time . Unwilling to deal AT ALL. I was looking at a used truck with a NEW salesperson. He went in and spoke to his boss. When he came back he told me that he would not move on the price at all and would not speak to me either.
We drove in from the metroplex to buy a new Tahoe. Mr. Brookins was very helpful and made the purchase experience quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out in no time.

Preordered a 2020 corvette in November 2019. Corvette arrived in September 2020. Dealership tried to charge me 10k above MSRP!! Switch and bait tactic. I placed my deposit in good faith I would pay no more than MSRP. I was told by Brian, the General Sales Manager that they have been charging all customers with preordered corvettes 10k above MSRP. I WAS NOT INFORMED of this when I ordered my corvette and would not have ordered if I was told this. Finance rates doubled because of the price. Terrible business practices

I would NOT recommend Peltier Chevrolet for service. They are grossly overpriced. They wanted to charge $1,100 for a/c compressor replacement which I got done at Donnybrook Automotive for less than HALF!!! I did use them for spark plug replacement and when I picked up the vehicle the check engine light was on. Ok, the second to last time we were here was a disaster. We chose to give them another chance. It was worse than last time. We took the truck in this time to have the drivers window fixed. It would not roll up. They quoted us $460. When we went to pick up the truck.

A couple weeks back I decided to trade my 08' Denali for an upgrade. I received a call from one of the salesmen Chris. He said he had a truck for me so I decided to stop by. Long story short, they gave me more for my truck, and lowered the price and payment on the truck that I wanted. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. Told Chris what I was looking for and what my budget was and he was able to find the car I wanted within my budget.
